THE CRAFT
THE MALT WHISKEY
The malt whiskey starts with 100% malted barley from California farms. Pale, munich, roasted, and chocolate malts working together. Fermented off-grain and distilled on an Alexandria pot still, it picks up depth and character that a column still simply can't replicate. Then two years minimum in new American oak to round it out.
THE BOURBON
The bourbon is a four-year build: 75% corn, 21% rye, 4% malted barley and aged in new American Oak until it reaches the warmth and structure the blend needs. It's the backbone that holds everything together.
THE BLEND
Blending is where instinct meets intention. The malt's depth and the bourbon's warmth come together at 80 proof and chill-filtered for consistency, bottled for the pour. Not too much intervention. Just enough craft.
